Director and lead man of Electrical Solutions Group.
Glen started the company and with his hard work, knowledge, commitment and dedication he has lead the team and company from strength to strength.
"I started my electrical career as an apprentice at the young age of 16 so I've learnt and work from the bottom up gaining years of experience along the way.
I am proud to be able to give other apprentices the opportunity to work in this industry and have built the company from a family business to a business with a great team of people in it."
Ashley Stewart
Contracts Manager.
Ashley joined the company in 2022 and understands the companies ethos and fits very well within the business.
Ashley has worked hard from being an apprentice to a fully qualified electrician and has now transferred those skills and knowledge to help those on site and advise you with your electrical needs.
Until recently I was quite the country bumpkin, living and working by the coast in Dorset. I started my apprenticeship twelve years ago and have since worked with some amazing people both in the trade and customers alike. I started a new chapter in my life back in 2020 when I moved to Essex, this opened new opportunities to me and I have been lucky enough to work commercially in London, Cambridge and the surrounding areas, from fancy office spaces to medical research facilities. My career has been brilliant so far and with the push for renewable energy I am excited to branch out and offer customers the opportunity to have EV Charging, Solar PV and Battery Storage in their properties too!
Ian Pinder
Compliance Manager.
Ian has gained many years of experience and knowledge within the industry and is a valued member of the team.
I have been in the Electrical Industry all my working life since my Apprenticeship with Eastern Electricity Board.
Since qualifying I have covered many aspects of the Electrical Industry, keeping up with all advances constantly over the years.
I have attained many qualifications for Electrical and Fire Detection & Fire Alarm systems, also enveloping many peripheral aspects of the industry.
I have been lucky to have had some special and interesting works over the years, being involved with BBC, Government, MOD, Leisure and
Shopping Centres, even the now de-classified Nuclear Bunker at Kelvedon Hatch.
The Institute of Engineering and Technology, (IET) has endorsed me as a Member, (MIET) and as an Engineering Technician, (EngTech) after acknowledging my career history.
I am now the Compliance Manager at Electrical Solutions Group Ltd, supporting the company with my industry recognised skills, gained by my advancement through the years.
My role runs alongside others within ESG as a team, we all have our own unique goals to achieve in seeing the company grow.
